Pakistan Relief: Save a life, save all of Humanity
In light of the recent disaster in Pakistan, many wish to do more than simply send financial aid to help the victims suffering from the worst disaster in recorded history (United Nations secretary-general Ban Ki-moon) Well now there is a way!! You can volunteer to help collect goods which will fill Relief Boxes with essential food items !!! They will be shipped directly to the victims of the flood via Pakistan International Airlines (PIA). PIA has graciously pledged its cargo space on its commercial aircraft for these Relief Boxes free of charge!
There are several ways you can help:
1. Volunteer with us as we launch several initiatives to collect food items including:

· Mall food drives – asking shoppers to buy items on the list or pledge help (upcoming)
· Door to Door canvassing – asking families to pledge help (upcoming)
2. Bring us the approved items on the list below and we will ensure they are boxed and shipped out to Pakistan.
· rice
· lentils
· cooking oil
· candles
· soap
· powdered milk
· water bottles
· dates
· cookies
· juice boxes
· paper cups

Please be generous with your spending, time and efforts in this cause especially during these last ten days of Ramadhan.
Imams Al-Bukhari, Muslim reported that Ibn ‘Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, had said, “The Prophet was the most generous of people. He used to be the most generous in Ramadhan when he would meet with angel Jibreal and study the Quran with him. Angel Jibreal would meet with the Prophet every night in Ramadhan to teach him the Quran. The Prophet was so generous when he met with Jibreal, more generous than the wind that brings rain.”
